Ever had one of those weeks that you've worked out, you put in the time at the gym and you tried your best to eat healthy but at the end of the week you're sore and just feel like you've accomplished nothing?

This last week was like that for me. I just recently started a new job on top of pursuing my certification passion and let me tell you I feel awful. With this job I don't always have time to eat healthy or even make an attempt so fast food became my go to end of the night meal. I'm embarrassed and unhappy about it for sure! As a result I gained a few pounds back and it made me upset and challenged me to do better this week.

My last post I talked about going somewhat gluten free and I was talking to some gym buddies of mine today about how great I felt during that time. How that diet changed my eating habits, how I slept and other daily functions. It was a hard diet to go by because there are things that I do love to eat that are chock full of gluten and other products that are not the best for me. It's sad that I'm writing this blog to admit I kinda fell off the health wagon, but really I did and it sucks.

While at the gym today I could tell the affects the bad eating had on my body. I felt sluggish and I felt like even light weights were the hardest thing to lift. I had to drop my weight down 10-20 pounds on different machines just so I could perform the exercise or lift. I got a good workout in for the most part but that little dip really bugged me and made me realize that I've got to continue to push my self and eat better.

So my thoughts are probably a recurring theme in a lot of people's lives. We have got to find people and support somewhere. So what are you going to do? Who are you going to talk to and ask for that support you need?

I 'd love to hear how things are going on my followers lives!! Hit me up on twitter, instagram, facebook or email!!
